CITRA focuses on Inter Disciplinary areas of research where Applied Computer Science or Information Technology has a key role. CITRA explores avenues for funded R&D projects from India and abroad as well as from the Industry in projects which are multi-disciplinary in nature. CITRA also offers doctoral level research programmes (leading to PhD Degree of NITC) in the following areas:
